Velofy is built so your financial details never reach us. Every calculator runs in your browser — your salary, loan amount, property value and deductions are worked out on your device and never sent to us. There are no accounts, no database of users, and no way for us to see what you calculate.

Stays on your device

  • Some calculators remember your last income in your browser, so you don’t have to re-type it.
  • It stays on this device only — clear it anytime in your browser settings.

We never collect

  • No accounts and no database of users — there’s no profile to link you to.
  • No analytics or tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
  • No tracking cookies and no ad retargeting.
  • No email capture or “save your result to your inbox” forms.
  • We never sell, lease or share personal information.

Good to know

Hosting
Velofy is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps a basic log of requests — including your IP address — under its own privacy policy. We don’t read or export it.
Fonts
Some pages load a font hosted by Google, so Google may see your IP address when it delivers the font. We’re moving these fonts onto our own site to stop that.
Partner links
Links to lenders, brokers and product partners include a tag that tells the partner the visit came from Velofy. Once you leave Velofy, the other site’s privacy policy applies. We may earn a referral fee — it never changes your results, which use only ATO, APRA, ASIC, RBA and Treasury data.

Your rights (Australia)

Velofy operates in Australia under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Because we don’t collect personal information on our servers, most of those obligations are handled by how the site is built. If you think we’ve mishandled your data, email — or complain directly to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Velofy provides general information, not financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and holds no Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Calculations are illustrative and use publicly available ATO, APRA, ASIC, RBA and Treasury data. Speak to a registered tax agent (RTA) or licensed financial adviser before acting on a result.
